The Salam Medical Center:
The Salam Medical Center is a place where people of all backgrounds and faiths can come for high quality medical care at a minimal cost. With diagnostic machines, a pharmacy, trained staff under the leadership of the director, and a commitment to helping the poorest members of the community, the Salam Medical Center is helping to decrease sickness and suffering in the Kanatir area of Egypt.

The center is continuing to grow and expand, just over a decade since the project was created. Construction on the Salam Medical Center began in 1996 and included a lecture hall, outpatient and inpatient facilities, a clinical pathology laboratory, a pharmacy, and an x-ray machine and lab. Dental clinic and surgery department and operations room are now also part of the facilities, and further expansions are planned.

The Salam Medical Center welcomes donations to help with providing low-cost, high-quality care for all the patients who come under its care. Staff members at the Salam Medical Center are committed to providing the best health care possible under the leadership of the director, Dr. Freddy Elbaiady.

The clinic is expanding its facilities as funding becomes available.
